#229 - Flat Cambrelle Blanks

This new and innovative product will save lab time, material waste, and provide a superior finish to your orthotics. Simply heat in the oven or with a heat gun and then vacuum form. The blanks provide semi rigid support through the rear-midfoot, with flexibility in the forefoot. Lined on both sides with durable cambrelle. Easily add postings, modifications, or additional topcover. Perfect for dress shoes, ice skates and ski boots. Heat at 375 deg F for 3 minutes to vacuum form.

SIZING: Adult Size 36-48

#230 - Flat Fashmo Blanks

Fashmo orthotic blanks have a unique shape that provide a nice heel cup and flanges when molded. Perfect for making UCBL style foot orthotics. The top and bottom materials create a superb finish on a custom orthotic in less time. Available in pediatric and adult sizes. Heat at 375 deg F for 3 minutes to vacuum form.

#212 - Preformed Mortons Extension Blanks

These blanks consist of layered reinforcing material that provide rigid support of the 1st Ray and decrease ROM of the 1st MPJ. Easily heated and molded to a cast, these blanks create an integral rigid Morton’s Extension that is easily posted and covered. Use as a pair and grind off extension on unaffected side if desired. Heat at 375 deg F for 3 minutes to vacuum form.
