A rigid low temperature thermoplastic orthosis for stabilizing the CMC joint and the MCP joint. No impairment of grip function and fine motor activity. Simple to mold (60 deg C) , remold, and cut. Lightweight and breathable with a flocked lining. Specify Left or Right.

Combines rigid anterior-posterior medial lateral control with superior abdominal compression. Patented pulley system provides 6X more power to maximize compression. Chairback easily slips off so LSO can be used for rehab/maintenance. Chairback frame can easily be custom-shaped with heat gun. 1-hand, 1-second adjustment allows for proper support while walking, standing, sitting, driving, etc. Single front fabric fastener makes easy to don or doff. Lightweight, impeccable construction, and breathable side panels help ensure patient comfort and greater compliance. Sizes of LSO and Chairback Frames are interchangeable, allowing greater ease of fitting. Lordotic pads available. New! Bariatric Brace version available -- fitting patients with extreme girths 56”-68”. (10”, 90æ black only). Available in both 10” (standard) and 8” (lo-profile) versions in black or white.
